Following a competitive process for the Urban Design of 8 hectares of new residential park area called Lake City, Coldefy was selected with Demeter Design Studio and 5LM to develop approximately 275 units of housing with parking, services, and supporting commercial spaces.
The design integrates a series of residential buildings among an existing green area, preserving the human scale and natural qualities of the site. Construction has started and we look forward to sharing the progress.
