Coldefy is an award–winning, international architectural firm that creates balanced environmental, urban, and social compositions that push the boundaries for cities and life.
In addition to its founding office in Lille, France, the firm has studios in Paris, Hong–Kong and Shanghai. With a total of about 40 collaborators, Coldefy maintains an international, ambitious, design–oriented team that works together on a diverse range of project typologies in France and around the world.
The studio is run by Thomas Coldefy and his partner Isabel Van Haute.
To strengthen the team of its Lille office, Coldefy is recruiting an architect, project manager.
MISSIONS
Under the authority of the studio directors, you will follow one or more projects simultaneously, from the design phase to the follow–up of the realization, you will deal with the economic, regulatory, technical aspect and the coordination of all the actors of the project.
Your main missions are:
– Sketch design, preliminary design projects, building permits and tender documents.
– Contribute to tender documents: analysis of bids, negotiations and selection of contractors.
– Participate in technical fine–tuning with BETs.
– Review drawings from BETs and contractors.
– Guarantee the quality of work in strict compliance with costs, deadlines and current regulations.
– Manage the financial follow–up of the operation (status, OS, amendment, DGD).
– Guarantees architectural design (VISA).
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALITIES
Trained as an architect, you have at least 5 years of experience in an architectural firm. You have a good knowledge of standards and regulations. You master the tools necessary for the realization of the plans, drawings and details of building site, Autocad and Revit. You are autonomous, rigorous, reactive and adaptable.
CONDITIONS
Position based in Lille.
Fixed–term contract with the possibility of a permanent contract.
Remuneration according to the Coldefy & Associés reference grid, based on the national collective agreement for architectural firms, depending on profile and experience. Lunch vouchers, 50% reimbursement of transport costs.
