To strengthen the team at its Paris office, Coldefy is recruiting a Senior Project Assistant.

MISSIONS
Under the supervision of the directors, you will oversee several projects, from the design phase through to architectural supervision during construction. You will coordinate all project stakeholders and contribute to the development of the projects.

Your main responsibilities will include:
– Design development from concept stage to tender documentation.
– Contributing to exchanges with local architects during project development.
– Participating in technical coordination with engineering consultants (BET).

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
With a degree in architecture, you have 5 to 7 years of professional experience in the field.
You possess a strong knowledge of current standards and regulations.
You are proficient in the tools required for producing plans, drawings, and technical details using Revit.
You also have solid experience in detailed façade design phases on large-scale projects, particularly within the context of international projects.
Fluency in English is required in order to work in an international environment and collaborate with multicultural teams.
Organized and detail-oriented, you are able to work within budget and meet project deadlines.
Flexible, attentive, and autonomous, you demonstrate rigor, responsiveness, and the ability to adapt to project requirements and developments.
