Coldefy winner of the residential quartier Les Promenades d’Olène in Reims, France
Designed during the sanitary crisis and its confinement in March 2020, the Promenades d’Olène urban plots integrates the societal expectations of health and well-being in the city born during this particular period, such as larger housing, convivial extra spaces and a landscaped approach. All the accommodation benefits from large loggias, vegetated terraces or private rooftop gardens covered with soil and plants. The urban plots offer a new metropolitan centrality for a “composite”, welcoming, lively and sustainable city. They are designed for different scales of life and different ways of living in order to offer the best living environment. Program: 107 residences, shops, library, association premises.
