Elithis Tower, Le Havre, France
The first positive-energy tower in Normandy will be built in Le Havre by Coldefy.
Designed to produce more energy than it consumes, this emblematic 15-storey, 48-metre-high tower will house 74 residential units.
Solar energy production, combined with a highly advanced insulation design, will fully cover the heating, domestic hot water and electricity needs of the occupants, thus meeting the exemplary environmental properties expected by 2050.
It will be a new landmark for the city of Le Havre!
