Coldefy has been selected winner of the competition for the construction of over 50 units of individual, intermediary, and collective housing units in Amiens ZAC Renancourt. Primarily driven by the desire to integrate the development into the landscape, the project is organized around landscaped areas with dedicated private and collective exterior spaces, encouraging connection with the exterior as well as between residents of the community.
