Thomas Coldefy and Zoltan Neville will be back in Tirana for the second edition of Bread & Heart Festival, June 3–5.
This year’s theme: from isolated buildings to the spaces between them, feels deeply connected to the way we think at Coldefy. For us, architecture begins with listening: to landscapes, rhythms, ecosystems, light, shadow, silence, and movement.
We believe nature is never a backdrop. It is the protagonist. Architecture becomes a quiet frame that reveals and amplifies what is already there, creating places to inhabit rather than simply occupy, spaces that invite people to move, explore, and build a deeper relationship with the living world around them.
This festival is also an opportunity to share several ongoing projects that reflect our approach and continued engagement in the region : Osumi Canyon and Berat.
On this occasion, Thomas Coldefy will take part in the panel discussion “Life Around the Tower” on June 4 at 3:40PM, at the Glass House Building – Lithosphere Floor.
More than a festival, it’s a celebration of architecture, culture, and connection, a valuable moment to exchange ideas and imagine shared futures together.
