The multidisciplinary team lead by the French architecture firm Coldefy, in collaboration with local architects Atelier 4, the Italian artist Jacopo Foggini, Sempervirens landscapers, and AEI Progetti, has been announced as the winner of the international competition to design the Public Administration Cluster in Tirana, Albania. The competition, organized by the National Territory Planning Agency on behalf of the Albanian Investment Corporation, aims to consolidate government services in a new administrative hub, enhancing the functionality and efficiency of public institutions while fostering a deeper connection between citizens and governance.
