We are proud to announce the delivery of Oïkos: a mixed-use, ambitious and sustainable rehabilitation project for a historic manor house in Wasquehal.
The restoration and wood-frame extension of this iconic manor house in the Lille metropolitan area will house Aventim’s head office, as well as coworking, restaurant and hotel spaces.
The new modern building complements the stately manor house, adding a new contemporary touch while preserving its heritage.
