Gently perched on a sloping site in the Kimihurura District, the location boasts views over the lush hills and valleys of the city of Kigali, as well as the emblematic dome of the Kigali Conference Center (KCC).
Containing an open-air retail center, hotel, offices, conference center, and leisure programs, it will be the first of its kind in Rwanda, creating a synergy with the activity of KCC that attracts international and local visitors.
